JOSH McALEES, PRESIDENT
Josh McAlees has over twenty years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry. McAlees began his career building several golf courses for Jack Nicklaus, including the Trump International course in West Palm Beach. In 1999, Josh McAlees began building large automobile dealerships for many of the top car dealers in the country. McAlees was responsible for complete cost estimating and budgeting for all trades and full construction scheduling from start to finish. In addition, Josh was responsible for project management of multiple dealership projects at the same time throughout Florida. Josh eventually became Director of Construction and Partner. During his time with the company, annual sales grew from $5m to $50m.
How Josh McAlees Started Capital Construction
Joshua McAlees opened his own construction and development company in 2004 and continued to build commercial, industrial, and custom residential projects. During this period Josh McAlees also began developing commercial and residential real estate. McAlees was responsible for all aspects of the development process including due diligence, contract negotiations, financing, land planning, design, permitting, and construction. In addition to projects in the U.S. Josh has worked with partners and completed a $25 million mining operation in Mexico where they have constructed a full-service processing plant, hi-tech laboratory, and tunnel mining operation. Recent projects include a $30 million multi-family project in Palm Beach County and a $40 million multi-family project in Highland Beach. During his career Josh McAlees has constructed over $160,000,000 of projects, accounting for over 1,000,000 square feet of buildings.
